Meanwhile, while I think of something interesting to write about ...

I haven't posted anything new lately, so I thought I would get off my ... well, you know ... and at least start with this one ... it's a song by This Beautiful Republic, and kinda sums it all up if you are a Christian ...

The lyrics:
Jesus To The World
Artist: This Beautiful Republic
By Adam Smith, Allen Salmon, Andrew Smith, Benjamin Olin, Brandon Paxton, Jeremy Kunkle
(c) Songs On The Forefront, Free The Salmon Music
Album: Even Heroes Need A Parachute

Verse 1
Sometimes it’s hard to see You,
But I see Your people
Sometimes it’s hard to hear You,
But I heard Your preachers
My proof is in the way, the way that they shine
That’s how I know that

Chorus
The sun is coming down
I get the feeling that I’m not home yet
Yeah it’s Your people
They’re Jesus to the world

Verse 2
When it was hard to see You,
They gave me another chance like you
When it was hard to hear You,
I could hear them speak Your words
My proof is in the way, the way that they shine
That’s how I know that

Chorus
The sun is coming down
I get the feeling that I’m not home yet
Yeah it’s Your people
They’re Jesus to the world

Bridge
It’s always the way, the way I know

Chorus
The sun is coming down
I get the feeling that I’m not home yet
Yeah it’s Your people
They’re Jesus to the world
BTW, that's also a plug for Illumination 2009, 7 p.m. March 21 at the Corona Civic Center Auditorium. Admission is free. More info at: http://www.cicfchurch.org/illumination.html Hope to see you there!

Oh, yeah, one more thing ... see the comments section below? It would be pretty cool if folks would leave their messages there (be polite, be civil and keep it clean) ... even a note just to say "hello" would be pretty cool ... it kinda lets me know that I'm not the only one reading my own stuff (which means that I rewrite my blogs way too much) ...

Thanks!
